GNP acts as a boutique curation marketplace facilitating transactions between independent creators/artisans and buyers for bespoke photo prints, personalized gifts, custom stationery, and original artworks. Each creation is crafted by individual verified sellers.
When uploading photographs, graphics, or text for custom printing, you represent and warrant that you possess all requisite copyrights, licenses, and rights to use such content. You agree not to upload defamatory, illegal, or infringing imagery. GNP reserves the right to decline print jobs violating local regulations.
Because products are made-to-order with customer-specific photographs and custom specifications, cancellations are accepted only before fabrication begins.
Orders are dispatched via trusted courier networks (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post Speed Post). Dispatches typically take place within 24 to 48 hours of design approval. Standard transit takes 3 to 5 business days depending on location. Courier tracking numbers are shared directly on WhatsApp.
