This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, store, and protect your information when you browse our website, customize artworks and photo prints, and communicate with artisans via WhatsApp.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Your Google authentication profile (name, email address, profile picture) managed securely via Google Firebase Authentication.
• Delivery & Contact Details: Full recipient name, WhatsApp mobile number, shipping address, city, state, and pin code required for order confirmation and courier transit.
• Customer Media Uploads: High-resolution photos, illustrations, and design files uploaded by you for custom printing and personalisation.
• Order Details: Product choices, dimensions, paper finishes, framing choices, and order timestamps.

3. Cloudflare R2 Media Storage & Zero Egress

Your uploaded images are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 object storage utilizing zero-egress, signed URLs and cryptographic authentication tokens. Your personal photos are exclusively accessed by your selected artisan to manufacture your print order. We never use, scan, or train artificial intelligence models on your private photographs.

4. WhatsApp Direct Communication

Our checkout workflow connects you directly with the independent artisan who crafts your order via the WhatsApp Business platform. Communication between you and the artisan is end-to-end encrypted by WhatsApp. We do not sell or share your WhatsApp number with third-party advertisers or telemarketers.

5. Data Retention & Right to Erasure (DPDP Act)

In strict accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023), you have the absolute right to:

• Access and review all personal information associated with your profile.
• Rectify outdated addresses or contact phone numbers directly from your Profile settings.
• Request instantaneous permanent erasure of your account, addresses, cart items, and uploaded images via your Profile “Delete Account” tool or by emailing support@giftsnprints.com.
